Ok. Name aside, this a traditional mustard-based Caribbean style hot sauce, with a kick of habanero peppers. Professor Phardtpounder (who comes up with this... um, stuff?) is billed as an "Elixir of Capsaicin Extremus". As fake doctors ourselves, we applaud the effort to find a cure for bland food.
This is just great on brats, hot dogs, burgers, and pork. It's a medium heat so it won't overwhelm.
Heat: Medium
Size: 5.7 fl. oz.
Ingredients: Red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard (distilled vinegar, water, #1 grade mustard seed, salt, white wine, citric acid, tartaric acid, spices, and turmeric), yellow mustard (water, mustard seed, vinegar, salt, turmeric), natural sugar, onions, habanero peppers, garlic, spices, xanthan gum.
