A combination of some of the hottest peppers on the planet Bhut Jolokia (Ghost Pepper), Red 7 Pot, Trinidad Scorpion, rounded out by the comparatively mild habanero and cayenne), with the deep flavors of sun-dried tomatoes, curry, cumin, and the bright notes of lemon, lime and coriander.
