Heartbreaking Dawn's 1498 Trinidad Scorpion hot sauce uses a high percentage of fresh Trinidad Scorpion Peppers, Scotch Bonnets, creating a very high heat that drops off just before becoming TOO uncomfortable. To accent the burst of floral notes from the Scorpion Peppers, they've added the sweetness of Apricot, Blueberry and Carrot.
