Bravado Spice Ghost Pepper & Blueberry Hot Sauce

The bold, lingering heat of Ghost Pepper (Bhut Jolokia) is countered by the delicate sweetness of blueberry. Ground black pepper adds a distinctive undernote that pairs well with the fruit in this sauce. This is a vinegar-forward sauce, but not overly so. Nor does that fruit make it overly sweet. While this uses the infamous Ghost Pepper, the heat level is approachable, and not overwhelming.

Pairs well with poultry, ham, as well as cream cheese, and ice cream.
