Adoboloco Hamajang Kiawe Smoked Ghost Pepper hot sauce combines the heat of smoked ghost peppers (bhut jolokia) and habanero, with the tartness of vinegar, to create a tasty sauce that's free of preservatives or additives.

Made in Hawaii on a family farm, the ghost peppers are smoked using Kiawe, a relative of mesquite. We love this on pork, tacos, chicken, and pizza.
