Cajohns Leviathan combines the intense heat of the "chocolate" variety of already hot peppers, including 7-Pot, Bhut Jolokia (Ghost Pepper), habanero, Scotch Bonnet, and Trinidad Dougla. (Chocolate varieties are often even hotter than the regular pepper varietal.)
This sauce has an extreme heat, but without the use of extracts. The addition of garlic, spices and tart vinegar, make this a great sauce for chicken wings, pork, pizza, or any dish that needs a kick of extra heat.
